Zacherl, O'Malley and Endejan, S.C. law firm is a team of legal experts dedicated to our clients. When counseled by any one of our attorneys, you are a client of our entire firm and you become a member of your legal team. Our attorneys are Anthony O'Malley, Frank Endejan, Nadeska Nino-Gomez, and Everett O'Malley. Attorney Bios:

Nadeska Nino-Gomez was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She attended Santa Maria University in her native country and received her law degree. While in college, she worked in the financial industry as a consultant, manager, and risk and compliance office. She graduated in 2005 and worked as a corporate attorney in a Financial Institution.

She joined Zacherl, O'Malley, and Endejan, S.C. In 2020. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Fond du Lac County Bar Association, Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Hispanic National Bar Association.

She has been admitted to practice in the Federal courts for both the Eastern District and the Western District of Wisconsin.

Everett O'Malley was raised in Oakfield, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography. Before law school, he worked with the Assessor and Tax divisions for Kane County in Illinois. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maine School of Law in 2021.

During law school, he was an articles editor for the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal. Additionally, he interned in the legal department at Unum Insurance, a Fortune 500 Company. He also worked as a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic in Maine and the Wisconsin State Public Defender's Office in Fond du Lac. He joined Zacherl, O'Malley & Endejan, S.C. in 2021. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Fond du Lac County Bar Association.

Anthony L. O'Malley was born in Madison, Wisconsin, the third of ten children. After serving in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era, Anthony attended the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse. He graduated in 1982 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology.

Anthony joined Zacherl, O'Malley & Endejan, S.C. after graduating from Mississippi College School of Law in 1985. During Anthony's early years with our firm, he served as an assistant city attorney for Fond du Lac, where he was the primary prosecutor for the city.

Currently, Anthony assists clients with OWI, traffic matters, worker's compensation injuries, personal injuries, property damage claims, employment disputes, consumer protection, criminal defense, and general trial practice before courts and administrative agencies in Fond du Lac and surrounding counties.

Anthony is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys, and the Fond du Lac County Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice in the federal courts for both the Eastern District and Western District of Wisconsin.

Anthony and his wife live in Oakfield, Wisconsin, raising their four children.

Community Engagement
Over the years, Anthony has also been of service to his community, having worked in leadership capacities on his local church council, the American Legion, as president of the Oakfield Village Board and the Oakfield Lions Club, and other volunteer organizations.
Frank J. Endejan was born in Fond du Lac in 1948. He has lived in Fond du Lac his entire life. After graduation from law school, Mr. Endejan served six months as a VISTA volunteer (Domestic Peace Corps) in Duluth, Minnesota. Frank then served in the United States Army (2 Lt. AG Corp) until the spring of 1974.

In 1974, he returned to Fond du Lac and became the Assistant District Attorney. In 1978 and 1980, he was elected District Attorney for Fond du Lac County. In 1983 he entered private law practice and joined the firm in what is now Zacherl, O'Malley & Endejan, S.C.

Frank is a current member of the Fond du Lac County Bar Association and licensed to practice in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Western District of Wisconsin, and the United States Tax Court.

Frank is married to Paulette and has three adult children, Eric (Kathleen), Susan (Daniel), and Heidi. He also has two granddaughters and one grandson.

Frank's law practice is currently specialized in Elder Law, Probate, Real Estate, Guardianships, Landlord/Tenant, Protective Placement Reviews, Guardian ad Litem, Family Law, Small Claims, Civil, Wills, and Estate Planning.

Community Engagement
Frank's community service includes membership on the following boards: Visiting Nurses Association (past President), St. Patrick's Church Council (past President), Paquette House (Berry House), Boys Baseball Inc., ARC, IRB, Noon Kiwanis (past President), and has also coached baseball, soccer, basketball, and track in the parochial school system.
John C. Zacherl was born in Fond du Lac in 1949. He grew up in Southern California but then returned to his family's hometown, where they have been in business since 1857.

During law school, Mr. Zacherl clerked for all of the local judges in Fond du Lac County for several years, so when he began in practice, he was well acquainted with the courthouse staff and his fellow attorneys.

In 1978, he helped found what is now Zacherl, O'Malley & Endejan, S.C. Although Mr. Zacherl practiced a variety of law in his 35-year career, Today, he specializes in all forms of family law and real estate work, and general trial practice. Mr. Zacherl is a member of the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and the Fond du Lac Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Eastern and Western Federal District Courts.

John Zacherl is married to Susan Zacherl and has three adult sons, John (Jane), Paul (Lisa), Patrick, and five grandchildren.

Community Engagement
During his career in Fond du Lac, John variously belonged to the Elks Club, the Junior Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, and Knights of Columbus. He served on the Board of Directors of the Fond du Lac City Employees Credit Union, as well as Brook Industries. He was a member of the Finance Committee of St. Patrick's Church before creating Holy Family, where he served as a trustee for two terms. John also currently volunteers his time with the Pro Se Clinic at the City/County Government Center.

Cheryl Schraufnagel

Cheryl Schraufnagel has been a paralegal with the firm since 1991. She specializes in divorce/family actions, real estate, foreclosures, estate planning, and civil and small claims matters. Cheryl attended high school in Park Falls, Wisconsin, and received her paralegal degree in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Before employment with Zacherl, O'Malley & Endejan, S.C., she worked for National Presto Industries, Inc. in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, in the corporate legal department.

She has served on the Board of Directors of the Lomira Athletic Association, coached soccer, and taught religious education classes. Cheryl enjoys volunteering with various organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, local church and school activities, and local food pantries. She lives in Lomira with her husband. She has three grown children.
Jessica Schwartz

Jessica Schwartz has been a legal assistant with the firm since 1999. She handles the criminal, traffic and probate files and also serves as co-office manager. She graduated from Lomira High School as a member of the National Honor’s Society in 1995 and received her paralegal degree from Lakeshore Technical College in 1997 where she graduated with honors.

Jessi lives just south of Fond du Lac with her husband and youngest son. She enjoys attending sporting events, traveling and spending time with her family.
